Handmade soap, produced using the “cold” technique from plant oils, shea butter, Morocco clay and silk. Plant oils, rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, moisturise and nourish the skin. Shea butter smooths the skin, giving it a silky feel. Ghassoul clay cleanses and brightens the skin, removes old skin cells and has a moisturising effect. The addition of silk protects the skin from harmful environmental factors and smooths it. The soap is recommended for dry, normal and acne-prone skin.
The oldest natural cosmetic used in body and hair care, mined from the volcanic soil. Its name in Arabic means “the one that cleans.” Recommended for every skin type, but especially for sensitive, oily, acne-prone, and congested skin. In many native peoples, pregnant women often ingest clay to minimize sickness and provide their bodies with valuable minerals.
Shea butter is the cold-pressed pulp of the shea tree native to Central Africa. It contains fats, waxes, vitamins, allantoin, terpenes, and sterols. On its own, it is almost a ready-made “skin care cream from Nature.” It creates a delicate film on the skin, protecting it from the sun, frost, and wind.
“Silk” sounds beautiful and noble, reminding us of smooth and shiny surfaces. In reality, silk is a natural protein combined of 70% fibroin, an elastic protein, and 30% sericin, a protein that acts like cement and a moisturizer. It is extracted from the silky filaments produced by the Bombyx Mori silkworms. Silk is very similar to skin and hair in its composition. Used in skin care, it moisturizes, smooths, and regenerates the skin. It is also prized in hair care, where it is absorbed into micro-damages, fixing and smoothing the surface.
