Natural soap with spirulina

Handmade soap, produced from plant oils using the “cold” technique with the addition of lemongrass and algae (spirulina). The content of essential unsaturated fatty acids in plant oils moisturises and oils the skin, preventing it from drying. Lemongrass has antifungal properties and refreshes the skin. Spirulina, as a source of protein, minerals and vitamins perfectly regenerates, smooths and moisturises the skin. It is recommended for reducing cellulite, as it helps the body get rid of metabolic waste. Lemongrass, sage and lavender essential oils soothe skin inflammations. The soap is recommended for people with dermatological problems: eczemas, acne, psoriasis.

Ingredients

Lemongrass Extract

Lemongrass essential oil, obtained from a plant grown in India and the Mediterranean, has a refreshing citrus scent, used in the perfume industry. Lemongrass extract, due to its anti-bacterial, refreshing, and toning qualities, is used in cosmetics to produce deodorants and antiperspirants. It removes body odor, and acts as an antibacterial and antifungal. A perfect toner to cleanse acne-prone and oily skin, its proven toxic, astringent and antibacterial properties strengthen the skin and help unclog the pores. High volumes of antioxidants in lemongrass protect body cells from the effects of free radicals and oxidative stress, while potassium and folic acid regenerate skin cells.

Olive Oil

For eating, for rubbing on, for adult and children’s cosmetics. It is one of the ingredients that works wonders both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. A cosmetic raw material known since the most ancient times, extracted from freshly cold-pressed olives. Contains fatty acids, carotenoids, phospholipids, vitamin E, and phytosterols. It moisturizes and smooths dry and sensitive skin, protecting it from harsh weather conditions.

Spirulina

The richest algae in the world of plants, spirulina contains up to 70% protein, vitamin B, vitamin E, beta-carotene, pantothenic acid, nicotinic acid, folic acid, mineral ingredients, and gamma-linolenic acid. This nourishing ingredient has many uses in food, medicine, and cosmetics. It moisturizes external layers of the skin, and stimulates fibroblasts to regenerate and biosynthesize collagen. It also cleanses the skin of toxins, and regenerates and smooths the epidermis. Recommended for dry, damaged, and aging skin. When used in a bath, it regulates the sebaceous glands’ functioning, calms irritation, and stimulates blood flow into the skin.
